Use monitoring as evidence, not a guarantee.
Checks run at scheduled intervals and can be delayed by queues, network timeouts and host failures. A successful observation cannot guarantee future availability or every user location.
Registry, DNS and mail services can return incomplete or delayed results. A same-host recheck is not independent regional confirmation. Raw ICMP may be unavailable on shared hosting; a TCP fallback must be labelled as TCP.
No SLA, uninterrupted delivery promise or independent external watchdog is included by default. Configure external host monitoring and rehearse backup restoration before relying on the service.
