The monitoring engine tracks incident transitions, acknowledgement and recovery. Review the check evidence before deciding whether the failure is local, upstream or an application problem.
Set it up thoughtfully
Use verified recipients, sensible confirmation and maintenance windows. Email delivery depends on the configured mail provider; a queued message is not proof that a person received it.
Know the boundary
SMS is optional operational integration and is not included in the proposed customer plans. Customer purchase remains disabled pending credit accounting and delivery verification.
